For generations of students at St Joseph’s College, Lochinvar, the opening notes of the school’s hymn are instantly recognisable.
Meredith Blair was one such student who felt a strong connection to the hymn. So much so, that she chose it as the focus of a recent university assignment. Now a journalism student at the University of Newcastle, Meredith has produced a podcast episode exploring the history behind the College hymn, earning a High Distinction for her work.
